When will my order be shipped?
We strive to send you the products as soon as possible. We ship the order the same day if we receive your order Monday-Friday before 12pm. Any orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in New Jersey. Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days once the order has been shipped.
How will I track my order?
After you place your order you will get an initial email with the order confirmation. Then once we have shipped your order, we will send you another email with the tracking details.
What are the shipping charges?
FREE! For a limited time, we are offering FREE shipping for our customers inside the continental USA (shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge). This might change soon, so hurry up and take use of this offer!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, we do charge shipping fees for international orders. You would have to contact our customer service department to process your order with the appropriate shipping cost.
Will I get refunded for shipping costs if I return the item?
Regretfully, any fee charged for the shipment of your order is non-refundable.
